About the Boat
The beauty of a boat you’ll head out on is a 38′ Steber 3800 Game Fisher. ‘Renegade’ was built in 2006 and originally used as a charter boat around Hamilton Island but is now fully licenced and insured ready for use here in Lake Macquarie and surrounds.
Reliability is important to the team at Renegade Charters so we’ve fitted out the boat with new Cummins diesel engines. We also value your comfort and overall fishing experience – onboard you’ll find a clean toilet and shower, comfortable lounges, dinner table, stone top benches in the kitchen, hot & cold water, refrigeration, stereo and of course, a large fishing cockpit, game chair, live bait tanks and eskies.
We’re fully stocked with Tiagra game fishing rods, top quality thread line, hooks, bait, and everything else you will need to reel in a sweet catch.

With over 30 years of game fishing and competition experience in the Newcastle, Lake Macquarie and Central Coast waters, Brad knows exactly where and when to go for the most successful and enjoyable day of fishing, whale watching, sunset chasing and more!
Brad holds a Master Class 5 licence and is accompanied onboard by his extremely knowledgeable and experienced crew.
